At D’HAIRPORT, we specialize in premium ready-to-wear wigs designed to provide convenience, luxury, and a flawless experience for every customer.
Unlike standard wig retailers, every wig purchased from D’HAIRPORT goes through a preparation process before dispatch to ensure it arrives professionally finished and ready to wear.
This preparation process may include styling, finishing, customization, quality control checks, and overall preparation tailored to our brand standards.
Due to the nature of our products and hygiene regulations, we maintain a strict return and exchange policy.
ALL SALES ARE FINAL
All purchases made through D’HAIRPORT are considered Final Sale.
Because every wig is individually prepared before dispatch, we do not offer refunds once an order has been placed.

OUR READY-TO-WEAR PROCESS
Every wig ordered from D’HAIRPORT is individually prepared before shipment.
Our preparation process may include:
- Styling and finishing
- Curling, straightening, or setting
- Lace preparation where required
- Final quality checks
- Packaging preparation to ensure your wig arrives ready to wear
As each unit is individually prepared before dispatch, all orders are treated as processed orders once preparation begins.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Returns are not automatically accepted.
Exchange or return requests will only be reviewed under exceptional circumstances and must meet all of the conditions below:
- Request must be made within 72 hours of delivery
- Product must remain in the exact condition it was received
- Product must not show any signs of wear or use
- Product must not be brushed, combed, styled, altered, washed, or modified after delivery
- Original packaging must remain intact
Any item showing signs of wear, use, alteration, damage, or tampering will automatically be rejected.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
The following items are strictly non-returnable, non-refundable, and non-exchangeable:
- Custom colored wigs
- Sale or discounted items
- Promotional items
QUALITY CONCERNS
If you believe you have received an incorrect or defective item, you must contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
To review your claim, please provide:
- Full name
- Order number
- Clear photos of the item
- Video evidence showing the issue
Claims made after the product has been worn, used, altered, or modified will not be accepted.
